The weekend before Christmas

This past weekend we had a great time. It started with a Sunday School class Christmas party. The kids had so much fun being with their friends. Getting together with other adults is a great stress relief. I wish we had more opportunities to get together with friends.

Then we went to see the Nutcracker ballet. Elizabeth was practically leaping in her seat. She enjoyed watching the dancers. She leaped her way back to the van, and leaped through Grandma's house all evening.

Sunday was Pamela's 10th birthday. The class sang Happy Birthday to her and then she had her birthday dinner at Grandma's. She picked her usually, Pizza.

So now we have three days to finish getting ready for Christmas.

I saw the nutcracker last year and I LOVED it....it was amazing. That's too cute that she was doing leaps. Did y'all get a nutcracker? I got one for my grandma and had her put on it. She loved it.
